About the role
This 3–6 month internship in Deutsche Bank’s Chief Financial Office in Frankfurt offers exposure to strategic financial planning, reporting, liquidity and capital management, tax, ESG, and capital markets communication. Interns join one of more than 40 teams, receive training and mentoring, and may gain fast-track consideration for the CFO trainee programme.
Role and team
- Work within the Chief Financial Office, which covers central finance topics across the global bank.
- Join a suitable team based on your interests, with opportunities for additional rotations or shadowing.

Potential responsibilities
- Support global financial, ESG, and tax reporting activities.
- Help develop and monitor the strategic financial plan at group level.
- Support business divisions with planning and management processes.
- Contribute to liquidity and capital management activities.
- Support communication with capital market participants.
