About the role
The dbEnable Work Placement Internship Programme offers students with disabilities professional experience across Deutsche Bank divisions in Singapore. Training And Development
- Complete an orientation introducing Deutsche Bank and its divisions.

- Learn from senior colleagues and recent graduates through networking sessions.
- Receive support through buddy and mentorship programmes.
Candidate Profile
- The programme seeks intelligent, adaptable students and graduates.
- Excellent communication skills are expected.
- Applicants may hold degrees in many different disciplines.
- Formal mathematical or financial qualifications are not necessarily required.
- Good numeracy is important for some roles.
Eligibility
- Complete all final exams, coursework, and graduation requirements within the specified period.
- Studies must be completed between 1 December 2027 and 31 July 2029.
- The programme is designed to support students with disabilities.
