About the role

Join Deutsche Bank’s 2027 Graduate Programme in Singapore through the Direct-to-Desk pathway, supporting the G10 Rates Sales team. Gain training and hands-on exposure to global rates markets, including cash bonds, interest-rate swaps, swaptions, flow activity, and structured financing solutions while helping address client challenges.

Role and Responsibilities

• Support the G10 Rates Sales team on a fast-paced sales desk serving global financial markets.
• Gain exposure to cash bonds, interest-rate swaps, swaptions, flow activity, and structured financing solutions.
• Work alongside industry experts to address real-world client challenges and contribute to market innovation.
• Develop hands-on experience across both flow business and structured trades, including financing solutions.

Training and Programme

• Complete an extensive Orientation and Training programme before joining the team.
• Receive ongoing professional and technical training to develop skills for a financial markets career.
• Work with peers and mentors while gaining immediate, hands-on experience from the first day.

Requirements and Eligibility

• Demonstrate intellectual curiosity and a keen interest in global financial markets.
• Show critical-thinking, problem-solving, analytical, quantitative, communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
• Bring a driven, ambitious mindset, teamwork capabilities, and proven academic excellence.
• Demonstrate responsible use of AI tools, applying critical judgment to data and AI outputs.
• Complete all graduation requirements between 1 January 2026 and 31 July 2027.
• Start full-time in July 2027 and have no more than 12 months’ relevant full-time experience.
