About the role

The 2027 Deutsche Bank Graduate Programme launches graduates into Fixed Income and Currencies in Hong Kong. After orientation and technical training, participants join sales, trading, structuring or financing teams, gaining immediate hands-on experience across Credit, Emerging Markets, Foreign Exchange and Rates while solving client challenges and contributing from day one.

Role and Responsibilities

• Work alongside industry experts to solve real-world client challenges and support market innovation.
• Join a team in sales, trading, structuring or financing after completing orientation and training.
• Contribute immediately to team activities and gain hands-on experience on the trading floor or within related functions.
• Indicate preferred products and profiles during the application process.

Division and Products

• Fixed Income and Currencies includes sales, trading, structuring and research teams.
• Product areas include Credit, Emerging Markets, Foreign Exchange and Rates.
• Teams provide tailored solutions to help clients manage risk, secure funding and access liquidity.

Eligibility

• Complete all studies, final examinations and coursework, with no outstanding graduation requirements, between 2026-01-01 and 2027-07-31.
• Be available to start full-time work in July 2027, subject to local legislation and visa requirements.
• Have no more than 12 months of relevant full-time work experience.
• Demonstrate proven academic excellence.
