About the role
The one-year Deutsche Bank Graduate Programme in Singapore places junior analysts in Corporate Banking Coverage. You will support client coverage, identify opportunities, coordinate product solutions, monitor market and industry developments, and help deepen relationships while receiving global induction, technical and professional training, and continuous learning.
Role and responsibilities
- Support coverage and originators in identifying opportunities and structuring solutions with product partners.
- Coordinate with global and local relationship bankers for integrated client coverage across Asia Pacific.
- Develop client relationships, deepen engagement, and expand product and market opportunities.
- Provide insights on macroeconomic, geopolitical, regulatory, and industry developments affecting clients.
- Participate in daily banking activities and help deliver holistic solutions to strategic client objectives.
- Monitor client businesses, industry ecosystems, and portfolio risks.
Programme and training
- Complete a global induction introducing Deutsche Bank’s business and senior leadership vision.
- Undertake divisional technical training and professional skills training.
- Participate in a 12-month continuous learning journey with networking opportunities.
- Work alongside experienced colleagues on daily business and special projects.
- Receive support from peers, mentors, and the bank’s wellbeing programme.
Corporate Bank coverage
- Corporate Bank products include cash management, coverage, institutional cash management, trade finance, lending, and relationship management.
- Potential roles span sales, product management, client service and delivery, or business management.
- Regional Corporate Coverage provides access to Corporate Bank products and Investment Bank expertise across Asia Pacific.
