Responsibilities
- Evaluate companies and develop models for M&A transactions.
- Prepare industry analyses for client pitches.
- Assist in executing live deals and transactions.
- Support both buy-side and sell-side advisory services.
- Engage in debt and equity capital raising activities.

Requirements
- Complete all studies between 2027-12-01 and 2028-07-31.
- Available full-time from August/September 2026 to January/February 2027.
- Intelligent, adaptable with excellent communication skills.
- Degrees from various disciplines accepted; numeracy important but no formal finance background required.
- Willingness to learn technical knowledge through training.
