About the role
A year-long Human Resources graduate programme in Singapore offering rotations across talent development, business advisory, performance and reward, and talent acquisition. Graduates will support day-to-day activities and business-critical projects while receiving professional and technical training, mentorship, and exposure to multiple HR disciplines.
Responsibilities
- Work on day-to-day Human Resources activities and challenging, business-critical projects.
- Provide employee advice, facilitate workforce decisions, or contribute to large-scale HR initiatives.
- Complete rotations across different HR areas during the first year.
- Build broad HR knowledge and a foundation for later specialisation.

Eligibility Requirements
- Complete all studies and graduation requirements between 1 January 2026 and 31 July 2027.
- Be available to start full-time work in July 2027, subject to local legislation and visa requirements.
- Have no more than 12 months of relevant full-time work experience.
- Demonstrate adaptability, excellent communication skills, and the ability to use AI tools productively.
- Apply critical judgment to support responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
