About the role
The year-long Deutsche Bank Human Resources Graduate Programme in Hong Kong offers rotations across Talent and Development, Business Advisory, Performance and Reward, and Talent Acquisition. Participants work on daily operations and business-critical projects while receiving professional and technical training, developing a foundation for future HR specialisation.
Responsibilities
- Participate in rotations across different Human Resources areas during the first year.
- Provide employee advice and facilitate workforce decisions.
- Support large-scale initiatives and business-critical Human Resources projects.
- Build knowledge across day-to-day business activities and different HR functions.

Programme Details
- The programme lasts one year and includes exposure to varied projects.
- Professional and technical training supports development of role-specific skills.
- Participants receive support from peers and mentors.
- Full-time work is scheduled to begin in July 2027, subject to legislation and visa requirements.
Requirements
- Complete all studies and graduation requirements between 1 January 2026 and 31 July 2027.
- Have no more than 12 months of relevant full-time work experience.
- Demonstrate intelligence, adaptability, and excellent communication skills.
- Use AI tools to improve productivity and workflows while applying responsible, ethical judgment.
- A formal mathematical or financial background is not required.
