2027 Deutsche Bank Graduate Programme - Corporate Bank - Vietnam

About the role

Year-long Deutsche Bank graduate role in Ho Chi Minh supporting Corporate Coverage for multinational and large local corporate clients. Graduates assist relationship managers with client solutions, business development and transaction execution across cash management, trade finance, lending and FX, supported by structured training, mentorship and regional and global networking.

Responsibilities

• Support Relationship Managers in managing and growing multinational and local corporate client relationships.
• Prepare client presentations, industry research and business analysis.
• Coordinate with product, risk and operations teams to deliver client solutions.
• Identify opportunities across Cash Management, Trade Finance, Lending and FX.
• Assist with client onboarding, transaction execution and portfolio management.
• Participate in client meetings and support follow-up activities.

Training and Development

• Complete a Global induction introducing Deutsche Bank’s business and senior leadership vision.
• Participate in Divisional Technical Training and Professional Skills Training.
• Undertake a 12-month continuous learning journey with networking opportunities.
• Receive mentorship and development through Deutsche Bank’s regional and global network.

Requirements

• Strong academic performance and excellent communication skills.
• Strong analytical, adaptable, intelligent, proactive and intellectually curious approach.
• Interest in corporate banking, financial markets and client relationship management.
• Collaborative approach and willingness to learn.
• Complete a degree between January 2026 and July 2027.
• Have less than 12 months of relevant full-time work experience.
