About the role
A year-long Deutsche Bank Graduate Programme in Shanghai within the Corporate Bank. You will gain exposure to cash management, coverage and related client solutions, contribute to daily business and projects, and receive global induction, technical training, professional skills development and continuous learning.
Role and responsibilities
- Work across Corporate Bank areas including cash management, coverage, sales, product management, client service and business management.
- Support day-to-day business activities and special projects alongside experienced Corporate Bank colleagues.
- Contribute ideas and solutions that help clients achieve their financial goals.
- Gain exposure to corporate and non-bank financial institution clients and related banking products.
Training and development
- Complete a global induction introducing Deutsche Bank’s business and senior leadership vision.
- Receive divisional technical training and professional skills training.
- Participate in a 12-month continuous learning journey with networking and wellbeing support.
- Build technical and professional skills through guidance from peers, mentors and colleagues.
Eligibility and capabilities
- Complete all studies and graduation requirements between 1 January 2026 and 31 July 2027.
- Be available to start full-time work in July 2027, subject to legislation and visa requirements.
- Have no more than 12 months of full-time, relevant work experience.
- Demonstrate adaptability, strong communication skills, intellectual curiosity and commitment to excellence.
- Numeracy is important for some roles, while formal mathematical or financial qualifications are not necessarily required.
