About the role

The 2027 dbEnable Work Placement Internship Programme supports students with disabilities through a one-month, full-time placement in Deutsche Bank’s Hong Kong Corporate Bank. Interns receive formal training, join Cash Management or Coverage, contribute to daily business and projects, and gain exposure to client solutions, products, functions, technology, and global colleagues.

Responsibilities and Experience

• Work in day-to-day Corporate Bank business and contribute to special projects.
• Build relationships with professionals across the organisation and globe, learning about global clients.
• Contribute ideas that help clients and colleagues achieve their goals.
• Gain exposure to products, functions, market-leading solutions, and developing technology.

Hiring Teams

• Cash Management delivers payment and cash management products to corporates and non-bank financial institutions.
• Coverage provides holistic solutions aligned with clients’ strategic objectives.
• Coverage offers access to Corporate Bank products and Investment Bank expertise across Asia Pacific.

Corporate Bank

• The division provides cash management, lending, trade finance, trust and agency, and securities services.
• It also provides risk management for foreign exchange and rates, supported by deep client relationships.
