Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Innovate and make recommendations impacting investments and operations

• Assess technological features for Fundamental Equities group
• Research potential new business areas like options market-making
• Build new skills shaping career development

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in any academic field
• No prior finance experience required
• Strong analytical mindset and creative critical thinking
• Interest in finance and eagerness to learn new challenges
• Backgrounds welcomed from economics, engineering, history, law, natural sciences, philosophy

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual base salary between $145,000 and $200,000
• Year-end bonus guaranteed in first year
