Role and Responsibilities
- Participate in general trading activities and monitor market positions.
- Analyze market events using various technological platforms.
- Make qualitative decisions based on market data analysis.
Candidate Profile

- Experience in coding, trading competitions, hackathons, or STEM research.
- Strong analytical skills to synthesize information and support arguments with data.
- Open to all fields of study; no prior finance experience required.
- Typically students approaching their final year of full-time study.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly base salary of $25,000 plus overtime pay.
- Sign-on bonus of $10,000 and travel coverage to/from internship.
- Choice of furnished summer housing or $10,000 housing allowance.
- $3,300 stipend for self-study materials and $4,000 for personal technology equipment.
