- Monthly base salary of $30,000 plus overtime pay.
- Sign-on bonus of $30,000 and travel coverage to/from internship.
- Choice of furnished summer housing or $10,000 housing allowance.
- $3,300 stipend for self-study materials and $4,000 stipend for personal technology equipment.
