Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Innovate and make recommendations impacting investments and operations.
• Evaluate investment opportunities on the Global Macro desk.
• Assess technological features for surgical robots in Fundamental Equities.
• Research potential new business areas like options market-making.
• Use current strengths and develop new skills.
• Engage in diverse projects across the firm.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in any academic field.
• No prior finance knowledge or experience required.
• Backgrounds welcomed from economics, engineering, history, law, natural sciences, philosophy.
• Accomplished, creative critical thinkers with analytical mindsets.
• Interest in finance and desire to learn new challenges.
• Strong desire to take on new challenges.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual base salary between $145,000 and $200,000.
• Year-end bonus guaranteed in the first year.
