About the role
Citi’s London Markets Full-Time Analyst program offers final-year students and recent graduates rotational exposure across products and functions, including sales, trading, and structuring. Analysts receive orientation, training, mentoring, desk shadowing, and increasing client responsibility while supporting market analysis, growth strategies, liquidity, risk management, and trade execution.
Program structure
- Rotate across products and functions, with additional rotation within an allocated product.
- Receive orientation and training covering Citi’s culture and analyst fundamentals.
- Gain exposure to Fixed Income, Currency, Commodity, and Equity franchises.
- Receive mentoring from senior professionals and shadow desks across trading-floor asset classes.
- Placement aims to match analysts’ skills and interests with the firm’s needs.
Responsibilities
- Collect and analyse macroeconomic and quantitative market information supporting the team.
- Develop growth strategies across product lines using client and market data.
- Assist with preparing innovative solutions for clients.
- Build knowledge of liquidity dynamics through market making, risk management, and trade execution.
- Take on increasing responsibility and client interaction as expertise develops.
