About the role
Citi is recruiting full-time Markets analysts for its London trading floor, starting in Summer 2026. The selective program rotates across products and functions, introduces fixed income, currencies, commodities and equities, and develops skills in sales, trading, structuring, market analysis, client interaction, risk management and trade execution.
Program and Training
- The full-time analyst program starts in Summer 2026 with orientation, training, and an introduction to Citi’s culture.
- Rotate across products and functions, with further rotation opportunities within your allocated product.
- Gain exposure to fixed income, currency, commodity, and equity franchises across sales, trading, and structuring.
- Senior professionals provide mentorship; final placement aims to align skills and interests with firm needs.
Responsibilities
- Collect and analyse macroeconomic and quantitative market information to support your team’s success.
- Support growth strategies across product lines by coordinating client and market data.
- Assist with preparing innovative solutions for clients across markets products.
- Build your professional network by shadowing desks and asset classes across the trading floor.
- Take on increasing responsibility and client interaction as your knowledge and expertise develop.
- Learn liquidity dynamics through market making, risk management, and trade execution.
Location and Benefits
- The role is based at Citi’s London office at 33 Canada Square, Canary Wharf.
- The hybrid working model allows up to two days working from home each week.
