About the role
Full-time Services Analyst opportunity in Citi’s London organization, available only to 2026 Summer Intern converts. The role supports institutional clients through financial analysis, market research, business development, client engagement, process optimization, and reporting. Analysts receive training, mentorship, and team placement, with exposure to technology, advanced analytics, and AI-enabled financial services.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research on industry trends and macroeconomic impacts.
- Develop materials supporting business development, product commercialization, and revenue growth.
- Assist with process optimization initiatives that improve efficiency and mitigate risk.
- Analyze client data to identify opportunities and improve service offerings.
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Participate in networking events, training sessions, and leadership discussions.
Program and Development
- The Services program provides hands-on experience through training and on-the-job learning.
- Complete an initial training week before placement based on interests and business needs.
- Potential placement areas include financial analysis, business development, client engagement, and market research.
- Successful Summer Analysts may be invited to return as full-time Analysts after graduation.
- Access mentorship, career development sessions, and networking opportunities with senior leaders.
