About the role

Join Citi’s Chief Operating Office as a 2027 Summer Analyst in Belfast. You will support enterprise-wide transformation, controls, central operations, and risk-focused projects while working with senior COO professionals and business teams. The 10-week program includes intensive training, mentorship, and potential pathways to future full-time analyst opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise-wide transformation initiatives and efforts to simplify Citi’s operations.
• Participate in risk- and controls-focused projects or assignments.
• Work with senior COO professionals and business or operations teams.
• Contribute to strengthening controls and running central operations.

Program and Development

• The full-time Summer Analyst Program lasts 10 weeks and starts in June.
• The program begins with one week of in-depth training.
• Participants may join Citi’s mentorship program during and after the program.
• Top-performing Summer Analysts often return after graduation as full-time analysts.

Requirements

• Be on track to graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Summer 2028.
• Have obtained or be on track to achieve a 2.1.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Be able to work with Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint.
