About the role
Citi's 10-week London Summer Analyst program places students in Investment Banking, supporting corporate clients with capital markets fundraising and strategic transactions. Interns receive one week of training before joining an industry or product coverage group, where they conduct analysis, modelling, business development, and transaction-support work.
Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze company information, conduct industry research, and organize financial data supporting transactions.
- Develop financial models, including company valuations, discounted cash flow, financing, and comparative analyses.
- Create and finalize business development presentations for client and internal use.
- Coordinate tasks with internal and external working teams.
- Prepare internal documentation covering control and compliance requirements.
Program Details
- The 10-week summer analyst program starts in June and begins with one week of training in London.
- Analysts are assigned to an industry or product coverage group focused on financial analysis and business development.
- Successful summer analysts may be considered for a full-time position after graduation.
- The role is based at 33 Canada Square, Canary Wharf, London, with a hybrid working model.
- Hybrid working requires three mandatory days in the assigned office and allows two optional days from home, subject to approval.
