About the role

Citi seeks Summer Analysts for its London Investment Banking Real Estate team. This 10-week internship begins in June 2027 with one week of training, followed by integrated team experience supporting transactions, financial analysis, modelling, presentations, and coordination. High-performing analysts may be considered for full-time positions after graduation.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyse company information, conduct industry research, and organise financial data for transactions.
• Build financial models, including valuations, discounted cash flow, financing, and comparative analyses.
• Create and finalise business development presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate tasks with internal and external working teams throughout transaction processes.
• Prepare internal documentation, including materials supporting control and compliance requirements.

Program Details

• The 10-week Summer Analyst program starts in June 2027.
• The program begins with one week of training in London.
• Analysts then join the UK, Europe, and MEA Real Estate Investment Banking Team.
• Successful Summer Analysts may be considered for full-time positions after graduation.

Candidate Profile

• Applicants should be in their penultimate or final year of university.
• Expected or achieved undergraduate result of 2:1, or equivalent, in any degree discipline.
• Demonstrated interest in business and motivation to develop an Investment Banking career.
• Strong communication, planning, organisational, learning, and teamwork skills.
• Intellectual curiosity, proactive problem-solving, and commitment to ethical decision-making are valued.
• Interest or previous experience in Real Estate is advantageous but not required.

Working Model and Applications

• The role currently follows a hybrid model with three mandatory office days and up to two optional home-working days.
