About the role

Citi’s 10-week Summer Analyst internship places students in its London Real Estate Investment Banking team. Starting with one week of training, interns support transactions through financial analysis, modelling, research, presentations, coordination and documentation. Successful analysts may be considered for full-time opportunities after graduation.

Responsibilities

• Research industries and companies, revise financial data, and support transaction analysis.
• Build financial models, including valuations, discounted cash flow, financing and comparative analyses.
• Create and finalize business development presentations for the Investment Banking team.
• Coordinate activities with internal and external working teams.
• Prepare internal documentation, including control and compliance materials.

Working Model

• The role follows a hybrid model with three mandatory office days and up to two optional home-working days.
• Citi’s hybrid arrangement is subject to business approval.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrate motivation, integrity, intellectual curiosity and commitment to personal and career development.
• Show strong communication, planning, organizational and teamwork skills.
• Develop a strong interest in the financial industry and a proactive approach to creative ideas.
• Interest or previous experience in Real Estate and knowledge of subsector dynamics are advantageous.
