About the role

Citi’s 3–6-month placement analyst programme joins the London Investment Banking Healthcare team from February 2027. Analysts will conduct industry research, build financial models, assess valuations, explore transactions, and support client relationships. Successful participants may be considered for a full-time position after graduation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor equity-market news, developments, and trends using Citi’s global equities platform.
• Communicate relevant market intelligence and insights to clients.
• Build financial models, assess valuations, and explore transaction opportunities.
• Research healthcare industries and analyse relevant trends.
• Identify potential new investors to strengthen clients’ shareholder bases.
• Support client development, relationships, and presentations of new ideas.

Programme

• Join Citi’s Investment Banking Healthcare team in London.
• Receive knowledge and skills development throughout the placement programme.
• Work from 25 Canada Square, Canary Wharf, London.
• Follow a hybrid model with three mandatory office days and up to two optional home-working days.
• Hybrid working is subject to business approval.
