Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct accounting, financial statement analysis, cash flow modeling, and capital markets analysis.
- Complete fundamental risk and credit analysis for clients.
- Collaborate with product partners to support client needs.
- Assist in presenting and developing new ideas to clients.
- Structure financial deals and transactions.

Program Details
- Program starts mid-July 2026 with 6-8 weeks of in-depth training in London.
- Placement with a Corporate Banking team for the program duration.
- Opportunity for internal mobility by the third year.
- Hybrid working model: 3 days in office, 2 days optional remote.

Candidate Requirements
- Final year university students or graduates with a 2:1 or equivalent degree in any discipline.
- Interest in business and finance.
- Fluency in a second language is desirable but not essential.
- Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
- Commitment to personal growth, teamwork, and ethical decision-making.

Certification and Compliance
- Role subject to FCA and PRA Certification Regime requirements.
- Candidates assessed for fitness and propriety including integrity and competence.
- Assessment includes interviews, background, credit, and criminal record checks.
