About the role
Citi Global Wealth seeks full-time Analysts in London for its 2027 program. Analysts develop financial models, evaluate investment ideas, prepare client presentations, and identify business opportunities while building trusted relationships. A four-week training program supports candidates from any degree discipline, with potential promotion to Associate for top performers.
Role and Responsibilities
- Develop financial models and evaluate investment ideas to support clients’ wealth management needs.
- Prepare presentations for client visits and help explore and develop new business opportunities.
- Value client relationships and provide one-on-one service within Global Wealth.
- Support integrated wealth strategies involving lending, investment managers, and holistic family wealth management.
Program and Progression
- Join an Analyst training program covering role fundamentals and Citi’s culture.
- The program starts in mid-July 2027 with four weeks of in-depth training.
- Top performers may be eligible for promotion to Associate after the Analyst Program.
Requirements and Attributes
- Be in your final year of university or have graduated, with an expected or achieved 2:1 equivalent.
- Any undergraduate degree discipline is considered, alongside an interest in Wealth Management and Private Banking.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and leadership skills.
- Show integrity, commitment to excellence, and a strong desire to learn.
- Demonstrate resilience in challenging, changing, high-volume, fast-paced environments.
- Bring urgency, efficient execution, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
