Internal Audit - Full-Time Analyst, London, 2027

About the role

Citi is hiring Full-Time Analysts for its London Internal Audit Analyst Program. Over 24 months, analysts complete two rotations, receive structured development and training, and perform audit work assessing governance, risk management, and internal controls across Citi’s businesses and global functions.

Responsibilities

• Assess governance, risk management, and internal control environments for Citi’s key stakeholders.
• Develop and execute audit work to provide high-quality, timely assurance.
• Support sound global control frameworks through independent Internal Audit assurance.
• Learn Citi’s businesses, the risks they manage, and internal audit best practices.
• Work with core businesses or global functions and gain cross-functional exposure.

Rotations

• Complete two 12-month rotations based in London.
• Potential areas include Compliance, Banking, Markets, Services, Risk, Finance, Operations, and Regional teams.

Development

• Participate in a 24-month rotational leadership program.
• Receive structured classroom training, mentoring, and individual development opportunities.
• Build knowledge and skills through hands-on experience on the world’s largest Internal Audit team.
