Internal Audit - Full-Time Analyst, London, 2027(applicable for 2026 Citi Summer Interns Only)

About the role

Citi’s 24-month Internal Audit Analyst Program in London offers two rotations across audit areas, structured training, mentoring and development. Analysts assess governance, risk management and controls, execute audit work, and provide independent assurance to senior stakeholders, supporting Citi’s businesses, global functions and regulators.

Responsibilities and Rotations

• Assess governance, risk management and internal control environments across Citi’s businesses and global functions.
• Develop and execute audit work to provide timely, high-quality independent assurance.
• Support sound global control frameworks through independent assessments and stakeholder engagement.
• Complete two 12-month rotations in London across selected Internal Audit areas.
• Potential rotations include Compliance, Banking, Markets, Services, Risk, Finance, Operations and Regional teams.
• Gain cross-functional exposure to Citi’s businesses and the risks they manage.

Development and Training

• Participate in a 24-month rotational leadership program focused on professional development.
• Complete structured classroom training, mentoring and individual development activities.
• Build knowledge of internal audit best practices, Citi’s businesses and associated risks.
