About the role
Citi’s 24-month Internal Audit Analyst Program in London offers two 12-month rotations across audit areas. Analysts assess governance, risk management and controls, develop and execute audit work, and provide independent assurance. The program includes structured classroom training, mentoring and individual development opportunities.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assess Citi’s governance, risk management and internal control environment for key stakeholders.
- Develop and execute audit work to provide high-quality, timely assurance to Citi stakeholders.
- Engage with core businesses or global functions to evaluate control frameworks and environments.
- Build knowledge of internal audit practices, Citi’s businesses and the risks they manage.
Rotations
- Complete two 12-month rotations in London across different Internal Audit areas.
- Potential rotations include Compliance, Banking, Markets, Services, Risk, Finance, Operations or Regional teams.
- Gain cross-functional exposure and experience across Citi’s businesses and global functions.
Development and Working Arrangements
- Receive structured classroom training, mentoring and individual development throughout the leadership program.
- The role is based at 40 Bank Street, London, with hybrid working dependent on business area.
