About the role

Citi’s 10-week Internal Audit Summer Analyst internship in London offers graduating students practical experience delivering independent assurance across a core business or global function. The program includes classroom training, mentoring, networking, cross-functional exposure, real-world work and a final presentation, with top performers considered for full-time Internal Audit Analyst opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Support independent and timely assurance over governance, risk management, and internal controls.
• Work with a core business or global function to assess whether a sound control framework exists globally.
• Add value through real-world work and present accomplishments and lessons learned to senior Internal Audit management.

Program Experience

• Begins in June with a three-day introduction to Citi and its Internal Audit organization.
• Includes structured classroom training, individual development, and senior and junior mentoring.
• Offers networking opportunities and senior speaker events with Internal Audit professionals.
• Provides cross-functional exposure and opportunities to connect with other Citi interns and program participants.
• Concludes with presentations to senior Internal Audit management.
• Top-performing participants may be considered for full-time Internal Audit Analyst programs.
