About the role
Citi seeks an intern for its Asset-Backed Securitization and Financing desk within Markets in Brazil. The role supports securitization-based lending transactions and warehouse facilities across Brazil and Latin America, providing exposure to collateral analysis, payment waterfalls, structured credit, transaction documentation, and end-to-end deal lifecycle management.
Responsibilities
- Support the origination, execution, and monitoring of securitization-based lending transactions.
- Support warehouse facilities across Brazil and the broader Latin America region.
- Analyze collateral portfolios and payment waterfall mechanics.
- Contribute to structured credit analysis and transaction documentation.
- Interact with underwriting, sales, banking, risk, infrastructure, and control teams.
