About the role

Citi seeks a part-time Markets intern for its Asset-Backed Securitization (ABS) & Financing desk in Brazil. The role supports securitization-based lending transactions and warehouse facilities across Brazil and Latin America, offering exposure to collateral analysis, payment waterfalls, structured credit, documentation, and end-to-end transaction lifecycle coordination.

Responsibilities

• Support origination, execution, and monitoring of securitization-based lending transactions and warehouse facilities.
• Analyze collateral portfolios, payment waterfall mechanics, and structured credit arrangements.
• Support preparation and review of transaction documentation.
• Collaborate with underwriting, sales, banking, risk, infrastructure, and control teams.
• Contribute to end-to-end transaction lifecycle management across Brazil and Latin America.

• Receive knowledge and training designed to support contribution within the assigned team.
