About the role

Citi seeks Full-Time Analysts for its 2027 Markets program in São Paulo. Analysts will gain experience across trading, financing solutions, products, and institutional client relationships while developing knowledge of global markets. The selective program offers structured training, senior mentorship, and opportunities to join teams aligned with their skills and interests.

• Join Citi Markets in a fast-paced environment serving corporations, governments, and institutional investors.
• Transact across a wide variety of products and develop knowledge of financial markets.
• Support financing solutions, trading activities, and a broad range of Markets products and services.
• Build relationships with institutional investors across global markets.
• Receive mentorship from senior professionals and learn about their product areas.
• Transition into a full-time team placement aligned with skills, interests, and business needs.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate with a bachelor’s degree by July 2027, or have graduated within the previous two years.
• Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills.
• Show foundational knowledge of financial markets, asset classes, global trends, and current market headlines.
• Conduct independent research and communicate key themes and trends from financial information effectively.
• Use Microsoft Excel proficiently, including data analysis, lookups, and basic modeling; understand PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Demonstrate intellectual curiosity, integrity, ethical judgment, initiative, flexibility, and collaborative working ability.
