About the role

Citi’s São Paulo Services Full-Time Analyst Program is a rotational graduate opportunity supporting institutional clients through cash management, trade finance, custody, fund administration, collateral management, and performance analytics. Analysts receive intensive training, rotate across two Services roles, complete hands-on projects, and access mentorship, career development, and networking with senior leaders.

Program Scope

• Services supports multinational corporations, financial institutions, and public-sector organizations with cash management and trade finance solutions.
• The organization provides custody, fund administration, collateral management, and performance analytics for institutional clients.
• Analysts rotate across two Services roles based on their interests and business needs.
