About the role
Citi’s Services Analyst Program is a rotational opportunity in Bogotá for graduates interested in institutional financial services, technology, and AI. Analysts rotate across two Services roles, supporting market research, business development, process optimization, client analysis, and senior stakeholder reporting while receiving training, mentorship, and exposure to leadership.
Program Structure
- Rotate across two roles within Citi’s Services business based on interests and business needs.
- Receive intensive training and orientation covering the business and Citi’s culture.
- Gain hands-on project experience and exposure to senior leaders.
- Work across services including cash management, trade finance, custody, fund administration, and collateral management.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research on industry trends and macroeconomic factors.
- Develop materials supporting business development, product commercialization, and revenue growth.
- Contribute to business cases for AI-driven product features or service improvements.
- Support process optimization initiatives that enhance efficiency and mitigate risk.
- Analyze client data to identify opportunities and improve service offerings.
- Prepare reports and presentations communicating analysis and AI-driven insights to stakeholders and senior leadership.
