About the role

Citi seeks an intern for its Banking Debt Capital Markets team in São Paulo. The team supports origination and execution of debt capital markets instruments and syndicated loans, advising clients on liability management, acquisition finance and debt restructuring. The internship is part-time and suits students graduating by December 2028.

Responsibilities

• Support the origination and execution of debt capital markets instruments and syndicated loans.
• Work with internal Capital Markets, Investment Banking and Corporate Banking partners.
• Provide advisory and support to clients across liability management, acquisition finance and debt restructuring.

Requirements

• Graduate from college by December 2028.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Use Microsoft Word, Access, Excel and PowerPoint proficiently.
• Be dynamic and passionate about partnering with stakeholders to achieve goals.
