About the role

Citi is hiring a full-time Corporate Banking Analyst in Bogotá for its 2027 program. The role supports client transactions, proposals, strategic planning, financial research, performance evaluations, and risk-conscious decision-making while working with senior bankers and partner teams across Citi.

Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Corporate Banking Officers with client transactions.
• Organize and analyze data for client proposals.
• Contribute to strategic planning initiatives and related projects.
• Prepare written recommendations and statistical exhibits.
• Conduct economic and financial research and evaluate financial performance.
• Assess risk, follow applicable policies and regulations, and escalate control issues transparently.

Program Details

• The Corporate Banking Analyst Program lasts two years.
• Analysts remain with an assigned team for the program duration.
• Global training includes entry-level orientation and classroom instruction.
• Training covers fundamental aspects of the Corporate Banking role.
• The expected start date is 2027.

Requirements

• Be in the final university year, graduating in March 2027, or have graduated within two years.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
