Banking – Corporate Banking, Full-Time Analyst, Bogotá – Colombia, 2027

About the role

Citi’s Corporate Banking team seeks a full-time Analyst in Bogotá for its two-year Corporate Banking Analyst Program. You’ll support client transactions, analyze data, prepare recommendations, contribute to strategic initiatives, and conduct financial research. The program includes global orientation and classroom training covering fundamental Corporate Banking skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Senior Corporate Banking Officers to assist with client transactions.
• Organize and analyze data for client proposals; prepare written recommendations and statistical exhibits.
• Contribute to strategic planning initiatives and participate in projects or assignments as required.
• Conduct economic and financial research and provide financial performance evaluations.
• Assess risk appropriately, follow applicable laws and policies, and escalate control issues transparently.

Program and Training

• Complete a two-year Corporate Banking Analyst Program with placement on a team for its duration.
• Attend global entry-level orientation and classroom training led by external consultants and Citi professionals.

Requirements

• Be in the final year of university, graduating in March 2027, or have graduated within the last two years.
• Be fluent in English and Spanish.
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills and potential for relationship management.
• Manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• Be a strong team player who contributes to a positive working environment.
• Be able to work in a hybrid mode.
