Responsibilities
- Support relationship management and credit lending teams.
- Assist in client segment strategy and business planning.
- Contribute to Know Your Customer (KYC) and control processes.
- Help design and improve operational processes.
- Engage with local SME clients and global banking teams.

Candidate Requirements
- Penultimate year university student in any discipline.
- Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
- Highly numerate with excellent analytical abilities.
- Global outlook and interest in local SME banking.
- Results-oriented and a collaborative team player.
