The Risk Management Analyst program offers two one-year rotations to develop analytical skills, broaden knowledge across risk disciplines, and build leadership capabilities. It prepares graduates for future leadership roles in risk management at Citi.

Candidate Requirements
- Pursuing BA/BS in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Math, or Statistics.
- Graduating between December 2026 and June 2027 with minimum 3.3 GPA.
- Valid US work authorization without need for sponsorship.
- Creative problem solver with intellectual curiosity.
- Strong strategic, analytical, and data analytical skills.

- Full-time position based in Tampa, Florida, USA.
- Salary range: $60,000 to $145,000 plus potential incentives and benefits.
