About the role
Citi's Internal Audit Analyst Program in Mississauga is a 24-month rotational leadership program offering hands-on audit experience across various functions. It includes structured training, mentoring, and development to build skills in governance, risk management, and internal controls.
Program Responsibilities
- Rotate across core audit areas including Finance, Markets, Tech, Legal, Compliance, and Risk.
- Assist with audit engagements: planning, fieldwork, testing, and reporting.
- Complete audit workpapers assessing control design and effectiveness.
- Analyze data and business trends to identify emerging risks.
- Collaborate with teams to assess controls and recommend improvements.
- Present audit results to business partners and leadership.
Program Structure
- 24-month rotational program based in Mississauga, ON.
- Gain experience in two functional areas within Internal Audit.
- Develop understanding of financial services, business processes, and regulations.
- Includes structured classroom training and mentoring.
- Participate in ongoing learning and development sessions.
Candidate Requirements
- Legally able to work in Canada for the program duration.
- Graduating with a Bachelor's degree between Dec 2026 and June 2027.
- Preferred minimum GPA of 3.3.
- Strong analytical, oral, and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work cooperatively in teams.
- Finance education or experience is a plus.

Compensation and Location
- Full-time position based in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.
- Annual salary approximately CAD 75,000.
- Salary range from CAD 74,999 to CAD 108,000.
