U.S. Consumer Cards - Full-Time Leadership Associate, New York - USA, 2027

About the role

Citi’s U.S. Consumer Cards Leadership Associate Program is a full-time, 24-month rotational development program for second-year MBA students graduating December 2026 through June 2027. Associates complete two 12-month rotations across Consumer Bank functions, build leadership and strategic skills, and may be considered for Vice President-level opportunities after successful completion.

Program Structure

• Complete two 12-month rotations across Citi’s Consumer Bank.
• Gain hands-on experience solving real business challenges.
• Potential rotation areas include Credit Cards, Analytics and Pricing, Marketing, Operations, Risk, and Client Experience.
• Functional opportunities may include product management, project management, strategy, innovation, marketing, customer experience, risk and controls, and analytics.

Development and Training

• Receive dedicated mentorship from experienced leaders.
• Access personalized coaching and career development support.
• Build leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Network with senior leaders and program alumni.
• Develop insight into how Consumer Bank functions work together to serve customers.

Candidate Requirements

• Be obtaining an MBA degree and graduating between December 2026 and June 2027.
• Have three to five years of work experience.
• Be technically advanced in PowerPoint.
• Have intermediate Excel skills.
• Second-year MBA candidates should demonstrate adaptability, curiosity, determination, collaboration, empathy, and strategic thinking.

Location and Compensation

• Full-time position based in New York, New York.
• Annual salary stated as $140,000.
• Listed full-time salary range is $90,000 to $155,000.
• Eligible employees may receive incentive and retention awards and employee benefits.
