About the role

Citi’s 2027 Services Full-Time Analyst program in Mexico City offers final-year students and recent graduates a rotational start in banking services. Analysts rotate across two departments, gaining hands-on exposure to cash management, working capital, trade finance, treasury, liquidity management, and related business functions.

Program and Role

• Rotate across two departments, gaining hands-on experience across Services business lines and functions.
• Support a business providing cash management, working capital, and trade finance services.
• Gain exposure to digitally enabled treasury, trade, and liquidity management solutions.

Training and Development

• Build a broad skill set through the rotational program and exposure to multiple roles.
• Receive knowledge and training designed to support contribution within the team.

Requirements

• Be in the final year of university, graduating by June 2027, or have graduated within two years.
• Be fluent in English and Spanish.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Have basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint.
