Functions - Chief Operating Office, Summer Analyst, Tampa - USA, 2027

About the role

The Citi Chief Operating Office Summer Analyst Program in Tampa offers undergraduate students exposure to enterprise-wide transformation, controls, and central operations. Beginning in June, the full-time internship includes one week of training, project-based work with COO and business teams, mentorship, and potential consideration for a full-time Analyst role after graduation.

Role and Responsibilities

• Support enterprise-wide transformation, control-strengthening, and central operations initiatives.
• Work with senior COO professionals and business or operations teams.
• Participate in risk- and controls-focused projects or assignments.
• Help move concepts into action and contribute to immediate-impact initiatives.

Program Experience

• Complete a 10-week Summer Analyst Program beginning in June.
• Participate in a one-week, in-depth training program at the start.
• Access Citi’s mentorship program for additional guidance during and after the program.
• Top-performing Summer Analysts may return as full-time Analysts after graduation.

Required Qualifications

• Be on track to graduate with a bachelor’s degree in any major in Spring 2028.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Work with Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Be authorized to work in the United States without restrictions; visa sponsorship unavailable.
