About the role

Citi’s 10-week Summer Associate program places MBA candidates on the Investment Banking Technology team in San Francisco. Associates support industry research, client advisory work, multiple banking projects, and business presentations. The program includes intensive training, mentoring, networking, and potential eligibility for a full-time offer after completion.

Responsibilities

• Conduct industry analysis and research to support advice to corporate clients.
• Manage multiple banking projects while balancing time and stakeholder expectations.
• Develop new business presentations for investment banking activities.

Program Details

• The 10-week program starts in June.
• The program begins with a 1.5-week intensive training program.
• Participate in Citi’s formal mentor program and Summer Associate networking events.
• Successful participants become eligible for a full-time offer after completing the program.
