About the role

Citi’s 10-week Investment Banking Summer Associate program supports the San Francisco Healthcare team. Associates conduct industry research, manage banking projects, and develop client presentations while receiving intensive training, mentoring, and networking opportunities. Successful participants become eligible for a full-time offer after completing the program.

Responsibilities

• Conduct industry analysis and research to advise corporate clients.
• Manage multiple banking projects, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
• Develop new business presentations for client and strategic engagements.

Program Details

• The 10-week program starts in June.
• The program begins with a 1.5-week intensive training program.
• Formal mentoring and Summer Associate events provide networking opportunities across Citi.
• Participants who complete the program become eligible for a full-time offer.

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications
