Role Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze company information for transactions and industry research.
- Develop financial models including valuations and discounted cash flow analysis.
- Create and finalize business development presentations.
- Assist in producing confidential information memorandums.
- Collaborate with global deal teams on cross-border transactions.

Candidate Requirements
- Undergraduate degree completion between Dec 2027 and May 2028.
- Interest in capital markets and knowledge of accounting principles.
- Proficient computer and financial modeling skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
