About the role

Citi is hiring full-time Associates for its Healthcare Investment Banking team in New York. Associates receive seven weeks of training before supporting client relationships, transaction execution, research, analytics, presentations, and analyst development. Candidates need a US MBA or JD and three to five years of work experience.

Role and responsibilities

• Support Managing Directors and Directors in creating and maintaining client relationships.
• Work with the group to execute transactions and manage timetables and deliverables.
• Oversee teams and partners handling research, analytics, and presentation materials for executives and clients.
• Manage and mentor analysts through guidance, feedback, information sharing, and appropriate credit and exposure.

Training and timeline

• The first-year Associate Program begins in July with a seven-week, in-depth training program.
• The anticipated posting close date is October 25, 2026.

Required qualifications

• MBA or JD obtained from a United States institution.
• Three to five years of work experience.
• Working knowledge of financial markets and global business.
• Experience managing and leading teams and projects.
• Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.

Preferred qualities

• Knowledge of the global or domestic business landscape is a plus, but not required.
