About the role

Citi seeks Full-Time Analysts for its San Francisco Technology Investment Banking team. Analysts support mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, strategic financings, financial analysis, valuation, presentations, and transaction coordination. The two-year program begins in July with six weeks of training before placement within an Investment Banking team.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze company information, conduct industry research, and organize financial data for transactions.
• Build financial models covering company valuations, discounted cash flow analysis, financings, and comparative analyses.
• Create and finalize business development presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate tasks across internal and external working teams throughout transaction processes.
• Prepare required internal documentation, including materials related to control and compliance regulations.
