About the role
Citi’s Corporate Banking Analyst Program in Monterrey offers a three-year, full-time position supporting client transactions, proposals, strategic planning, financial research, and risk assessment. Analysts receive global orientation and classroom training while collaborating with senior bankers and partner teams across Risk Management, Investment Banking, and Capital Markets.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Senior Corporate Banking Officers to assist with client transactions.
- Organize and analyze data for client proposals.
- Contribute to strategic planning initiatives and prepare written recommendations.
- Prepare statistical exhibits and conduct economic and financial research.
- Provide financial performance evaluations and participate in additional projects as needed.
- Assess risk, comply with applicable policies and regulations, and escalate control issues transparently.
Program and Training
- The Corporate Banking Analyst Program lasts three years with placement on one team.
- Attend global entry-level orientation and classroom training led by external consultants and Citi professionals.
- Training covers fundamental aspects required for the Corporate Banking role.
- Work with Risk Management, Investment Banking, and Capital Markets teams.
Eligibility and Working Arrangements
- Applicants must be in their final university year, graduating by December 2026 or June 2027.
- Applicants may also have graduated within the previous two years.
- The position starts in January 2027.
- Work is conducted in a hybrid mode.
