Role and Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with fixed income and equity clients.
- Analyze clients' capital structure needs and propose solutions.
- Understand bank and institutional investor trends.
- Originate, structure, and execute debt and equity transactions.
- Use multiple products to provide comprehensive client solutions.

Program Details
- 2-year Analyst Program starting in July.
- Six weeks of initial training provided.
- Opportunity for a third-year extension or rotation.
- Eligible for promotion to Associate after program.
- Work with Latin American and Caribbean sovereign, financial, and corporate issuers.

Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completion between Dec 2025 and June 2026.
- Minimum GPA of 3.3.
- Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
- Interest in building investor relationships and raising capital.
